Meet the Owner and CEO
About Anna M. Hairston — CEO & Creative Director, The A Game Events & Marketing, LLC
My name is Anna M. Hairston and I am the Founder & CEO of The A Game Events & Marketing, LLC — a full service event design, event and wedding planning, and creative services company. I officially launched my business in 2020 after discovering a true passion for creating memorable experiences during the pandemic. As a Certified Event Planner (CEP) and Event Designer with more than 10 years of experience in event planning and marketing, I bring a unique combination of creativity, strategy, and execution to every event. Over the years, I have successfully served a diverse range of clients including individuals, businesses, corporations, and non-profit organizations. It is my dedication to detail and my ability to bring someone’s vision to life that truly set me apart. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communication Studies from Wright State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University. My strong educational foundation allows me to merge luxury aesthetics with smart strategy — ensuring every event is not only beautiful, but thoughtfully executed.

Philanthropy
Giving back is an important part of who I am. I grew up believing that it takes a village, and that principle continues to guide my involvement in the community today. I currently serve as a Field Director for the Horatio Alger Association in the state of Ohio, advocating for high school scholarships. I also volunteer with Junior Achievement, teaching financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness within the Columbus City School District. Additionally, I am an active member of the Red Shoe Society — the young professionals’ group supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. I serve on the Marketing and Event Planning Committee, and help lead the planning of the annual signature fundraiser, A Toast to the House.
