What we do?
At The A Game Events & Marketing, LLC. we manage and execute weddings, corporate, and social events. We take pride in meeting our client's unique style, personality, and vision. From large non-profit events, weddings, to intimate baby showers, The A Game Events provide you with a unique experience that will make your wedding or event unforgettable.
Our Planning Process:
- After your initial inquiry, we start with an in-depth, one-on-one consultation so that we can learn exactly what your vision is. From there, we will put together a proposal for you to approve. This proposal will include an estimate of pricing based on what we discussed.
- After you approve the proposal, your date is reserved with a deposit and a signed agreement.
- The next step is to do a walkthrough of the venue and setup an additional consultation to discuss the details. After then, we will finalize the costs.
- We recognize that every experience is unique and you maybe in a difference stage in your planning process, so we offer customized package options to suit your needs.
- In addition, we offer flexible payment plans, schedules, and financing to accommodate our clients. You can make payments on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Final payment will be negotiated per contract.
- Did you know it can take over 200 hours for you to plan your wedding? If you don't have that type of free time, then leave the event planning to us!
